A blend of 2 5 year old straight bourbon whiskeys finished in Cognac, Oloroso Sherry, and Pedro Ximinez Sherry casks before being married in a Cognac foeder and bottled when ready.
Tasting Notes
Nose - Crackerjacks, caramel, nut brittle, dark cherries, marzipan, dark chocolate caramels.
Palate - Marzipan, bright cherry, spearmint, whipped cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, caramel, brandied orange peel, fruit leather
Finish - A rich and full bodied bourbon with satisfying bouquet of nuts, cherries, orange and caramel.
