Blender's Cut is a blend of 2 different straight bourbon whiskeys and bottled at a staggering 115 proof; it is blended in such a way that it doesn't require us to add any notabel amounts of water to the blend to bring it to bottle strength. This labor intensive method allows the bourbon to maintain more mouth-feel and flavor.
Apricots, brown sugar, peanuts, toasted almond, charred oak, dark chocolate, and cream.
